Planning a Surprise Proposal Together

A little thought and planning goes a long way to show how special this occasion is to your partner, even if the size or design of the ring is not quite what your intended has in mind. The consultation we offer after the surprise proposal (should you propose with one of our rings) allows for both parties to be involved in the choice and to ensure everyone is happy with the ring that will be special to you forever.

We recommend that you do a little note-taking before contacting us. Look at your partner’s style. Do they wear delicate jewellery, or big and bold? Which colour metal do they wear mostly – white, yellow, rose, Swedish? Is it possible to take a ring with you to visit us (please make sure you know which finger this ring is usually worn on)? Another option is to place the ring on a piece of paper and draw a line around the inside of the ring. This will help us to get a good idea of the ring size needed.

Free Annual Cleaning
& Check-Up

We offer a free annual ultrasonic cleaning and check-up service for all O’Dwyer jewellery purchased at one of our flagship stores. Daily wear and activity does require that your rings be cleaned every now and then. It only takes a few minutes to keep your jewellery looking its best. Please see some tips and hints we have put together for keeping your jewellery at its best on our jewellery care page.

Free Polish and Rhodium-Plating

We are happy to offer this free service with any newly purchased O’Dwyer jewellery (from 2019) within 24 months of purchase.

Personal Design Consultation

All of our jewellery is designed, crafted and set in our Stockholm studio. Here we use a 3D printer to print out the initial design before a piece is finalised. This technology allows for exact detail to be looked at before the piece is made in gold. Contact us for more information!

Sourcing the Perfect Gemstone

While we do have a selection of gemstones in stock at our studio to suit our jewellery designs, we will also go the extra mile to help you find that perfect stone for any special projects you have in mind. Book a consultation with us!

Gift Wrapping

All jewellery will be presented in our signature O’Dwyer boxes. Gift wrapping is available on request.

Personal Delivery Time

Jewellery made especially for you takes time to craft. Due to this, we ask you to allow 4 – 6 weeks from the deposit paid for your jewellery to be created. If you do have a specific collection date, please let us know and we will, to the best of our ability, make sure the piece is ready in time for you.

Worldwide Shipping

We accept International orders and send jewellery to clients all over the world. Your O’Dwyer piece will be insured all the way to you. You can also find our collections in select stores in Sweden as well as Denmark & Ireland. Please see our Retailers page for more information

The O'Dwyer Guarantee

Congratulations on your purchase of a beautiful piece of O’Dwyer jewellery! All our jewellery is crafted with the greatest attention to detail and to the highest quality standards.

We are happy to say that your jewellery is covered by the Lifetime O’Dwyer Guarantee, which means that your jewellery is protected against manufacturing flaws that appear during normal wear.

This guarantee does not cover:

*damage resulting from accidents or inappropriate use of a piece of jewellery
*damage due to repairs or alterations NOT undertaken by an O’Dwyer boutique
*the consequences of normal wear and the ageing of a piece of jewellery

Your O’Dwyer jewellery must be returned to an O’Dwyer boutique or authorised seller with proof of purchase for assessment.
